methQTL in IOWBC

methQTL analyses were conducted separately for F1 and F2 from the IOWBC study. The overlapping methQTLs between F1 and F2 were then compared with those in the GoDMC database. The central section represents the methQTLs found in all three sources: F1, F2, and GoDMC.
