We developed a set of childhood risk scores designed to predict the development and persistence of asthma into young adulthood. Four distinct models were constructed to forecast different asthma-related outcomes. To enhance accessibility and usability, we implemented user-friendly web tools using R Shiny. These web tools are equipped with AI-assisted responses and personalized suggestions through integration with the OpenAI API, providing a dynamic and interactive platform for asthma risk assessment. The webtool are developed by Xin Jin and Jiahao Yu under supervised by Dr. Hongmei Zhang and Yu (Joyce) Jiang
